I've never worn hair extensions, how do I know which hair to purchase?

First in order is deciding what you want to achieve stylistically. There are three results you may want to obtain - Length, volume or color. In either case you should establish the texture that will be appropriate for the particular style you desire. Typically, straight for bone straight styles and wave for styles that require volume. Be aware that straight hair is primarily for straight styles, while wavy hair offers the flexibility of both. Then it is best to choose a texture and color that is closest to your own hair to achieve the most undetectable result. The exception to this rule is, if your stylist is applying the hair extension with a technique that eliminates the exposure of your own hair - in which case he or she will advise you on the hair texture that is best suited for the actual style. In regards length, if you are applying the hair extensions yourself and are not quite sure of the length required, it is best to go longer since you can trim but you can't stretch. 

How do I take care of my hair extensions? 

You will find care instructions on the package of your product. However, here are some additional tips for extending the life of your hair extensions:
1. Use shampoos and conditioners developed for dry hair, as it helps maintain moisture.
2. Always wash hair extensions in the same direction of its naturally hanging   position - not upside down in a sink. The proper care will extend the life of the hair.
3. Use products with no or low alcohol content and do not use heating appliances at extreme heat settings.
4. If swimming, try using a protective moisturizer and be sure to wash immediately after.

Treat your new hair with the sensitivity you would your own.

How much hair do I need to purchase? 

This will depend mostly on the overall style you want to create.  It is safe to suggest 1 pack for partial application and 2 packs for full application.  There may be some exceptions to this rule. You may consult with your stylist as well. 

Can I have overnight delivery? 

Yes you may have overnight delivery. However, you will have to allow 1to 2 business days for order processing before the order actually ships. This will depend on whether your order is placed on or before the weekend, and time of day order is placed.  Orders placed before noon will go out the following day.
