Return Policy
Federal law prohibits the return of
used human hair products. All sales are final on human hair products.
Exchanges will be accepted only on items that were shipped incorrectly.
As a health precaution, these items must be in its absolute original state .We
will not accept merchandise that has been altered in any fashion. All original
tags, bags, netting, etc. must be in re-sellable condition. For incorrect
items, an email request must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order
for an RA number for the authorized return of merchandise.
Customers that have orders that are refused or undeliverable will not receive a
return of shipping costs. The customer must pay for re-shipping costs or
merchandise will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
If customer returns product that does not meet the criteria of the
guidelines set forth in this policy, merchandise will be returned to the
customer at his own expense. Merchandise will be held for 7 business days
pending customer’s payment of shipping charges upon which time it will be
discarded without credit issued. Credit cannot be issued on product that cannot
be restocked.
Backorder Policy
We try very hard to remain stocked
on our most popular items, in the event that you place and order for
merchandise that is not in-stock, or the stock has been depleted rest assured
that your order will be shipped upon receipt from the warehouse. This also
applies to overnight deliveries.

All Buyers - We normally process, pack, and prepare your shipment items within
48 hours of payment received. Once you have completed payment your item will be
packed for transit normally within 48 working hours (Holidays, nights and
weekends will be processed the following business day).
U.S. Buyers - Average shipping times for U.S. addresses range from 3-5 business
days. Priority Mail shipments range from 2-3 business days. Times for
guaranteed shipments are as noted.
Canada, U.K. and All International Buyers - Due to national and worldwide
security procedures, the US Postal Service and other International mail
services have given us extended delivery times for international mail.
Average shipping can take between 2-5 weeks depending on security and customs
in both countries. Most shipments go very quickly while others are randomly
selected for customs search.
You may want to consider upgrading to Priority or Express international
services to expedite your order. If you select standard shipping, please be
patient to allow extra time for shipments to clear customs in both the US and
your country. Some go very quickly while others get slowed by the security
process and customs.
Canada, Spain and Italy: These countries can have VERY SLOW customs and we are
aware of possible delays to these countries particularly. In keeping with the
postal guidelines, please contact us if your package has not arrived after 5
weeks from the shipment date.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email with a confirmation number for tracking purposes.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect addresses, or delays
caused by the shipping carrier.
MILITARY ADDRESSES
All Military addresses (APO, AFO,
AA, AE and AP) can only be shipped USPS priority mail, with certified signature
confirmation. The USPS does not ship express to Military addresses.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
all orders are shipped requiring order confirmation.
BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESS
For the safety of the customer, the billing and shipping address must be the
same unless legible copy of a government issued ID is emailed to
support@luxuryhairplus.com or faxed to 212-362- 6842 after placing your order.
Damaged Goods Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. If your shipment is
returned you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee and balance
will be refunded back to your card if merchandise is returned un-opened.
In the event that merchandise received damaged, you may refuse delivery or
email us at support@luxuryhairplus.com for an RA number for an authorized
return.
